We’re Hiring: Senior Web Developer (Backend)

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Backend Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems that power our mission-driven applications.

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy backend APIs and services
Design database schemas and optimize queries
Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams to integrate APIs
Ensure security, scalability, and performance of backend systems
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews

Requirements
3+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar)
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
Experience with server infrastructure, cloud services, and version control (Git)
Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning
Problem-solving mindset and effective communication skills

Bonus Skills
Experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
