We’re seeking a Lead UI/UX Designer to lead our design team and create user-friendly, visually stunning digital experiences that make a social impact.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the design team
Create intuitive web & mobile app designs
Maintain design systems and consistency
Conduct user research & usability testing
Collaborate with developers & stakeholders

Requirements
3+ years of UI/UX experience (portfolio required)
Mastery of Figma/Adobe XD
Strong UX principles & accessibility knowledge
Proven leadership & communication skills

Bonus Skills
Motion graphics or micro-interactions
Basic frontend knowledge (Flutter, HTML/CSS)
