Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter
Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and 3rd-party packages
Collaborate with designers, QA, and team leads
Write clean, maintainable code and fix bugs
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement

Requirements
6 months – 1 year of Flutter development experience (personal or professional projects)
Strong understanding of Dart, Widgets, State Management (e.g., GetX, Provider, or Bloc)
Basic experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and responsive UI
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Must submit at least one real project or GitHub repo with Flutter code

Bonus Skills (Optional)
Experience with push notifications, Google Maps, or payment gateways
Familiarity with version control (Git)

Company Policies
This is a fully in-office role (no remote work allowed)
Must be exclusive to this company – no other jobs or freelance work
3-month probation period (confirmation based on performance)
Festival Bonus: 2 times/year – 50% of gross salary each time
Paid weekend overtime if required
Punctuality, professionalism, and discipline are strictly maintained
