We’re Hiring: Cyber Security Lead

We’re seeking a skilled Cyber Security Lead to protect our digital assets and ensure robust security for our mission-driven applications. Lead security initiatives and safeguard data privacy across our platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards
Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure secure software lifecycle
Stay updated on emerging threats and security technologies
Mentor and guide junior security team members

Requirements
3+ years in cyber security with leadership experience
Strong knowledge of network, application, and data security
Experience with security tools, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and encryption
Familiarity with compliance standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, or local regulations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills

Bonus Skills
Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or similar
Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of secure coding practices
