Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
Resolve client inquiries and provide timely assistance
Record and update customer information accurately
Follow company policies and maintain call quality standards
Collaborate with supervisors and team members

Requirements
6 months – 1 year experience in customer service or call centers preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
