Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate BPO agents for optimal performance
Monitor call quality and adherence to protocols
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
Train new team members and conduct performance reviews
Coordinate schedules and maintain daily reports

Requirements
1–2 years experience in BPO operations or supervision
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage team dynamics and meet targets
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
